Shipping policy

 

Balo Sports ships with Canada Post and UPS. 

We do our best to get your orders out quickly but our average fulfillment time is 2-3 business days. Order processing times vary throughout the year and may take longer than average to fulfill. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking details.

We strive to get your orders to you in a timely manner, however there are many factors that are out of our control that can impact your delivery such as carrier delays and inclement weather. Once your order is in transit, we have no control over the delivery, however we can try to help facilitate a claim with the carrier.

SHIPPING TO ONTARIO & QUEBEC:
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over $100, excluding taxes.
For order less than $100, we offer flat rates to Ontario & Quebec customers. 

*For Express shipping, order cutoff time is 12pm ET. Orders placed after 12pm ET will be shipped the next business day. 

SHIPPING TO REST OF CANADA (EXCL. ONTARIO & QUEBEC):
Shipping rates for all other provinces are calculated at checkout and are based on shipping address and average weight of items. Estimated delivery dates are shown for each Shipping Option at checkout. Please note, the estimated delivery date is approximate and is subject to change as a result of changes to orders during processing, or shipping delays with the carrier.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Express delivery is only available for select locations. At this time, we are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations. We do not ship to the USA or internationally. We do not ship to P.O., APO or FPO Boxes, and require a full physical street address, including phone number.

TAXES
All taxes will be applied subject to federal and provincial tax legislation.
